FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to transportable, modular pre-fabricated building structures, which are used for construction of residential, industrial, office, trade, storage and other premises of various shape, area and number of storeys. Modular section for building construction consists of a monolithic housing made with a floor, at least one wall, a ceiling or without it, each of which has external and internal layers made of a cast hardening mixture, between which a heat-insulating core is placed. Heat-insulating core is made with at least one curved surface. On both sides along the core surface there are reinforcing meshes arranged in the outer and inner layers of the cast hardening mixture, and connected to each other by means of fasteners passing through the core, wherein the modular section is made with possibility of interconnection with the other modular section during the construction of the building.
EFFECT: creation of a modular section with increased bearing capacity while maintaining its weight and thickness or creation of modular sections while maintaining the required bearing capacity while reducing its weight and thickness, as well as expansion of technological capabilities, providing their fast production and fast erection of buildings with rooms of various non-standard sizes and shapes.
