FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the transportable, modular prefabricated building structures, which are used for the construction of residential, industrial, office, retail, warehouse and other premises of various shape, area and number of floors. Modular section for the construction of a building consists of a monolithic body made with a floor, at least one wall, a ceiling or without it, each of which has outer and inner layers made of a cast hardening mixture, between which heat-insulating core is arranged, made in form of assembly unit with flat surfaces, on both sides along surface of core there are reinforcing meshes arranged in outer and inner layers of cast hardening mixture and connected to each other by means of fastening elements passing through core, wherein each reinforcing mesh is made in form of two-level structure, which first layer is mounted on heat-insulating core surface, and the second layer is placed at a distance from the core surface, equal to the diameter of the mesh elements, wherein modular section is made with possibility of mutual connection with other modular section during building construction.
EFFECT: modular section with a reduced final cost due to a lighter structure while maintaining the required bearing capacity and without the need to use special lifting equipment, as well as expansion of its technological capabilities, associated with fast manufacturing and reducing the erection time of buildings with non-standard rooms of various sizes and shapes.
