FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: combine harvester (1) contains a stripping adapter, a feeder house (2) with an feeder floating conveyor (3), a beater-type threshing drum (4) and a transport board (5). Between the threshing drum (4) and the inclined chamber (2) there is a device for preliminary separation of free grain (16) from the combed heap (15), containing a separating grate (6) and a scraper conveyor (7) mounted above it. The scraper conveyor (7) is a horizontal continuation of the inclined floating conveyor (3) of the feeder house (2). The lower branch of the conveyor (3) rests in the zone of change in the direction of its spatial orientation on the sprockets (8) installed on the shaft (9) mounted in bearing assemblies under the bottom (11) of the feeder house (2). Each sprocket (8) partially enters inside the feeder house (2) through a corresponding longitudinal slot in its bottom (11). Each slot crosses the top edge of the bottom (11). Below the sprockets (8) on the bottom (11) a transverse shield (14) is mounted, the lower edge of which is placed above the transport board (5).
EFFECT: reduction of bulkiness and metal consumption of the separating device drive design, as well as minimization of free grain entry into the threshing chamber of the combine harvester, reliably excluding the possibility of its crushing by the thresher working bodies.
