The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the mains voltage of 220-380 V is supplied to the input of the charging system, the battery charge controller is turned on, the voltage from which is supplied to the intermediate relay, which disconnects normally closed contacts and turns on normally open contacts, switching series-connected batteries into parallel connection for charging batteries.
