FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in research institutions and veterinary laboratories for immunophenotyping of leukocytes in blood smears and sections of organs of pigs in order to detect CD antigens on the surface of leukocytes during immunohistochemical studies based on monoclonal antibodies. The invention is a method of immunophenotyping of leukocytes using an indirect immunohistochemical reaction, based on the use of monoclonal antibodies, in which blood smears and organs of pigs are examined in order to determine various surface antigenic markers of cells using mouse monoclonal antibodies specific for CD 3, CD 20, CD 14 which are markers of human leukocytes and secondary donkey antibodies specific to mouse Ig, labeled with horseradish peroxidase, followed by staining of the label and detection of red-brown chromogen conglomerates as a positive result.

EFFECT: obtaining a method of immunophenotyping of leukocytes in tissues of pig organs and on blood smears using indirect immunohistochemical reaction based on monoclonal antibodies.
