SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at providing the possibility of checking the electrical installation of electrical circuits for monitoring the presence of connections, closed contacts, occurrence of short circuits, insulation resistance, monitoring the parameters of the elements of the control object, monitoring the operation of the element when an acting voltage is applied, monitoring the presence of pulses with a frequency of 10 Hz and an amplitude of at least 2.6V, as well as time relay control. It is achieved by means of a device for automated control of the functioning of relay blocks, containing a control panel made on the basis of a personal computer with a program control unit, an input/output and printing unit, a desktop for connecting the control object, a switching rack, including an external power supply connected to the power block high-voltage DC voltage sources, an internal power supply, the outputs of which are connected to the control and switching module, while a multimeter connected to the power block is additionally inserted into the switching rack, an AC voltage source, the outputs of which are connected to the control and switching module, and load block connected to the switching rack.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of checking the electrical installation of electrical circuits for monitoring the presence of connections, closed contacts, occurrence of short circuits, insulation resistance, monitoring the parameters of the elements of the control object, monitoring the operation of the element when an acting voltage is applied, monitoring the presence of pulses with a frequency of 10 Hz and an amplitude of at least 2.6V, as well as time relay control.
