FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, physical training and sports. What is presented is a method wherein the researcher or the person being tested selects a program for assessment and development of functional reserves of the person being tested from a library of a hardware and software complex including a means for video monitoring of the activities of the person being tested and augmented reality means which generate 3D images in the area of the activities of the person being tested. Evaluation and development of functional reserves of tested person is carried out in running mode on track with marking, including line of start and finish line, given number of real barriers, but using augmented reality devices. Augmented reality device is fixed on the person being tested and used to program a given number of images of obstacles – barriers of a given configuration, size and colour in front of the eyes of the person being tested, and the location of said barriers is programmed. Conditional given augmented reality colours are used to present and select a combination of three types of barriers, or the augmented reality is present to the person being tested on the treadmill having a frame of a given size. Software-hardware system, having a given number of video cameras installed in given places, performs video recording of the test subject's actions on the running track and, based on a given program, determines correctness of jumping over barriers presented to the test subject. Hardware and software system informs the person being tested on the quality of the jump in real time through augmented reality means. Errors of the person being tested in jumps are accompanied by audio signals of the hardware and software system. Quantitative results of a separate test or a pre-set battery of tests are used to state functional fitness and reserves of the person being tested.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective assessment and development of human functional reserves.
