SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of physical culture and sports, and more specifically to a method for teaching physical training in a school. At the first lesson, testing is carried out and the level of physical fitness is determined: poorly prepared - easy, moderately prepared - medium, prepared - hard. Children are divided into training groups of ten people each based on the level of physical fitness and age of students: 4-6 years old, 6-8 years old, 8-12 years old, respectively. They conduct classes three times a week with three different teachers with higher pedagogical education - people from different sports, each of whom is responsible for his own zone: red - strength, symbol - mountain, blue - flexibility, symbol - water, yellow - speed, symbol - lightning. Once a month, all students take a test in each zone. Based on the test results, the level of physical fitness is determined.

EFFECT: method provides comprehensive physical education training for children from four to twelve years old, the development of physical and psycho-emotional characteristics of children, taking into account the individual characteristics of students.
