FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to increase oil production by thermal methods based on an anhydrous gaseous energy carrier in productive reservoirs of various types, including clay-containing reservoirs with montmorillonite compounds. The thermogas generator includes a housing, in the upper part of which an igniter and a connection unit are located. A cylindrical casing is placed in the housing of the thermogas generator for supplying fuel in the form of any liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon fuel and an oxidizer in the form of high-pressure air, and industrial waste in the form of flue gases from field equipment in the cavity between the casing and the housing.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the production of any volumes of anhydrous gaseous coolant both at the wellhead and at the bottom of the well.
