SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant and benign bile duct formations. Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography is performed through a pre-installed external-internal cholangiodrainage. The introducer is led through the conductor into the bile ducts and the bile ducts are filled with a 30% solution of Omnipaque. Visualization of the area affected by the tumor is performed by inserting an ultrathin flexible controlled endoscope through the introducer into the bile ducts for videocholangioscopy. The introducer is then brought under fluoroscopic control to the tip of the endoscope, after which the endoscope is removed and the forceps are inserted to perform the biopsy.

EFFECT: method allows to perform minimally invasive targeted biopsy under "eye control" in case of a tumor process, allows to obtain a sufficient volume of biomaterial, while providing an increase in the accuracy of diagnosis of bile duct neoplasms by performing percutaneous transhepatic plucked intraductal biopsy using a flexible controlled endoscope for video cholangioscopy.
