FIELD: circular saws for sawing wood.
SUBSTANCE: duplex circular saw for sawing wood consists of two saw groups. Each saw group comprises a drive comprising an armature and a stator for driving the saw spindle installed in the housing. The spindle is connected with a rotation lock to a saw tool comprising a replaceable saw blade. The centre distance of the saw spindles is controlled by a servo drive. The anchor is made with fixation from rotation on the saw spindle. The stator is configured for rotation in the housing between the fixed bearing and the floating bearing. The saw tool is cantilevered on the saw spindle.
EFFECT: clean cut direction within narrow tolerances and simplified replacement of the saw tool.
