SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in radar systems, communications and complex signal generation devices. The invention provides new significant differences, consisting in the introduction of additional synchronization and control units, a cyclic matrix formation unit, an element replacement unit, a transposition unit, a matrix multiplication unit and a unit for modifying M-sequences, connected in a special way, which allow modifying M-sequences, and also allow to reduce the level of side lobes of the AACF.

EFFECT: generation of modified M-sequences, as well as a decrease in the level of side lobes of the aperiodic autocorrelation function.
