FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use as a distributing device on pipelines for various purposes and can be used in the oil and gas industry. A fluid flow disk switch comprises a body with a plug and sealing elements mounted on mating surfaces of the body and plug, a pin. The body is made in the form of a hollow cylinder plugged from below and is equipped with three inlets and one outlet, and an external thread is made in the upper part of the body, and below the body is equipped with through cutouts located opposite each other, whereas the plug is made in the form of a disk with an annular groove on the bottom at the end and an internal annular groove in the upper part of the plug, and the plug is inserted inside the body and fixed relative to the body against axial movement by inserts inserted into the internal annular groove of the plug through the cutouts of the body, whereas a cover is screwed on top of the external thread of the body, and the lower end of the cover of the inner the surface fixes the liners from radial movement outward, whereas the plug has a segmental cut with an angle of 135° and a radial through channel, hydraulically communicating with each other, and the segmented cut of the plug communicates with the body outlet, and the radial through channel, when the plug is rotated relative to the body, has the possibility of sequential communication in three positions with the housing outlets located at an angle of 45° between two adjacent outlet channels, whereas in each of the three positions of the radial through channel relative to the housing outlets, the plug can be rigidly fixed relative to the housing using a pin placed in the hole cover and inserted into the holes made on the upper end of the cork, moreover, a handle is rigidly fixed on the upper end of the cover.
EFFECT: simplifying the design, increasing the tightness, expanding the functionality of the device, and reducing the duration and complexity of assembling (disassembling) the device during its maintenance
