FIELD: laser processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to laser processing of products from various materials, such as wood, leather, bone, organic glass when applying patterns, barcodes, markings. The method includes installing a workpiece on a desktop, setting a laser processing control program containing the type of laser processing and processing coordinates, on the basis of which the corresponding modes and parameters of laser radiation are formed, which are transmitted to the laser, and movement control commands in the working area of processing for the work bench or the optical laser head. At the same time, by means of an appropriate sensor located in the working area, the modulus of elasticity of the material of the workpiece is measured, and the setting of the modes and parameters of laser processing is carried out taking into account the measured value of the modulus of elasticity.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves the quality of processing.
