SUBSTANCE: dosing solutions and various grades of concrete fed into molds. The concrete mix dispenser includes a body in the form of an elongated parallelepiped, statically fixed on the frame, a loading hopper through which the concrete mix is supplied, and a pneumatic cylinder. At the same time, a drawer with a through section is placed in the body, in which a removable dosing cassette with through cells is installed with the possibility of filling it with concrete mixture coming from the loading hopper. The pneumatic cylinder is connected to the drawer to ensure its fixed movement. Moreover, a rectangular hole is made in the upper surface of the housing, which ensures the filling of the dosing cassette. At the same time, the number and dimensions of the cells of the dosing cassette completely coincide with the number and dimensions of the cells of the forms to be filled.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the dispenser to improve the accuracy of volumetric filling of molds with concrete mix.
