FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: process lines for the production of decorative and finishing products for architectural purposes, in particular tiles from a concrete mixture. The production line contains a sequentially installed and technologically connected concrete mix preparation station, a water dosing device, two alternately operating concrete mixers, a concrete mix hopper, a concrete mix dispenser connected by means of transportation, a vibration device, a ripening chamber for the finished product, a stripping and sorting machine, and a unit for irrigating the emptied forms. In this case, the concrete mixture preparation station includes scales and a measuring container. The ripening chamber of the finished product is equipped with devices to create the required temperature for the process of hydration of the concrete mixture. The stripping and sorting machine is configured to carry out stripping in such a way that the finished products are sent to the processing station, and the empty forms are sent to the irrigation unit, followed by sending the processed forms to the place where they are filled with a concrete mix dispenser.

EFFECT: increase in productivity by reducing the amount of manual labor and automation of the production line, as well as an increase in production speed and improvement in the quality of the finished product due to optimal placement of equipment on the production line.
