FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: production of dry building materials based on gaize-cement binder. The process line for the production of dry building mixtures contains a loading device for loading sand with a device for its preliminary screening, a drying unit, a vibrating screen, receiving hoppers for fractionated sand, at least one hopper for Portland cement, arranged in series along the production process and interconnected and at least one additive bunker. The bunkers are equipped with dosing devices and communicated with the mixer. The line is equipped for gaize-like raw materials with a gear crusher, a hammer crusher, a vibrating screen with a maximum mesh size of 1.2 mm and a hopper for storing gaize-like raw materials, connected with the mixer.
EFFECT: simplification of the production and industrial cycle for the preparation of dry building mixes with simultaneous improvement of their physical and mechanical properties due to the use of gaize-like raw materials.
