SUBSTANCE: devices for separating fine-grained materials by size in air used in the enrichment of ores containing rare and noble metals. The classifier includes a cylindrical classification chamber with nozzles for supplying the initial product, output of coarse and fine fractions, and a nozzle for air supply. The cylindrical classification chamber is equipped with a pneumatic flow regulator, consisting of two units, a flow deformation unit and a flow forming unit, arranged in series one after the other. The flow deformation unit is made in the form of a truncated cone, on the outer surface of which a rubber conical ring is hermetically fixed along the edges. The flow formation unit is made with a hollow axis, on the outer side of which a cylindrical rubber ring is hermetically fixed in the center of the unit, and a cylindrical rubber ring is hermetically fixed along its edges coaxially with it on the inner surface of the unit. The deformation unit and the flow formation unit are equipped with a system of tubes for supplying air into the cavities formed by conical and cylindrical rubber rings.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of classification, simplification of the design.
