SUBSTANCE: specifically relates to a method for preparing sulfide gold-bearing concentrates, used to recover gold from refractory sulfide gold-arsenic ores. Options of the method include dividing the biopulp into streams, directing the biopulp to hydrocyclone to obtain overflow and sand, directing the sand to additional oxidation, combining sand and overflow with the rest of the biopulp flows and directing it to centrifugation to obtain cake and centrate, directing the centrifuge to neutralization and storage in a tailing dump, direction of the cake to the operation of hydrocyclone to obtain overflow and sands, followed by direction of the sand for grinding and return to the operation of hydrocyclone cake, the direction of the drain for further processing. In options of the method, a flocculant is used on the entire volume of the biopulp during the centrifugation operation, as well as on a part of the pulp with the circulation of the resulting centrifuge.

EFFECT: expansion of the scope of cost-effective technical means that make it possible to prepare a product of bacterial oxidation of a gold-bearing sulfide concentrate before hydrometallurgical processing for a more complete extraction of gold from a refractory gold-bearing concentrate.
