SUBSTANCE: patient has measured systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP and DBP) and heart rate (HR) daily at the same time of day for the previous year. As an individual survey, the questionnaire presented in Table 1 is filled out. The patient notes in the questionnaire the presence or absence of the influence of weather factors (WF) on manifestations in the state of health (PSZ) in points from 0 — no effect, to 10 — the maximum effect on four indicators of his health: working capacity, general well-being, emotional sphere and frequency of exacerbations diseases. If the score of at least two of these four indicators is from 5 to 10 points, sanatorium-resort treatment is carried out with terrenkur classes in such a climatic region and in such months of the year, under which the patient for the previous year of observation in the questionnaire recorded the least number of PSs. For patients with overweight — with a BMI from 25 to 29.9 kg/m 2 and in patients with obesity of 1, 2, 3 and 4 degrees, differentiated health path modes are used in accordance with Table 2.

EFFECT: method provides differentiation and individualization of climatotherapy with terrenkur during sanatorium-and-spa treatment, allows choosing a place and time of sanatorium-and-spa treatment and the terrenkur regimen that is suitable for climatic and weather characteristics to reduce the risk of developing undesirable reactions in a patient, reduce the volume of medical interventions by evaluating individual manifestations of the patient's meteosensitivity and the degree of increase in his body weight.
