SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of mild and moderate severity in stable remission stage. Physical load in form of slopes along route path with underlying integrated therapy are conducted. Physical load is performed at air temperature of not lower than 15 °C by alternation of rises from 7° to 15° and plateau, metering according to three successively performed motor modes. Sparing mode is low rate of walking 60-80 steps a minute, time for route is 2 hours, number of stops is 6 for 3 minutes every other 17 minutes of movement during 7 days. Partial: rate walking average 80-100 steps per minute, time for route is 1.5 hours, number of stops is 4 at 2 minutes through each 20.5 minutes of movement during 7 days. Training: rate walking is fast 100-120 steps per minute, time for route is 1.2 hours, number of stops is 3 at 2 minutes in every 25 minutes of movement during 6 days. Physical load is combined with respiratory mode: at even road on 2-4 steps-breath, on 3-5 steps is out, at slope at 2-3 steps is inhale, on 3-4 steps is exhale, at end of the route is 30 minute rest in sitting position.

EFFECT: method provides positive effect on main clinical symptoms of disease, prolongs remission due to physical activity with certain modes.
