SUBSTANCE: complexes for controlling the radial distance between the inner and outer coaxial cylindrical screens of propane dehydrogenation reactors. In a robotic complex for measuring the screen gap of propane dehydrogenation reactors, in which the trolley is equipped with a linear displacement sensor with a wheel, the lifting mechanism is equipped with a high-pulse encoder, and the electronic computing device is configured to receive data from the linear displacement sensor and the high-pulse encoder and merging them into a database.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measuring the screen gap of propane dehydrogenation reactors.
