FIELD: programming.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of control and programming of changing/maintaining the functional parameters of the hydraulic system, including in automatic mode, due to digital control of the speed and direction of the hydraulic fluid flow with a given accuracy in all hydraulic circuits. The digital switching unit (DSU), which carries out control over changing the performance of an adjustable hydraulic pump or unloading an unregulated hydraulic pump, includes: prefabricated regulator blocks with a hollow rectangular spool, controlled by a digital signal through an electro-mechanical drive of regulators, the regulator blocks are controlled directly by a digital signal based on a mathematical calculation performed by the software-processor unit (SPU) in accordance with the data of digital sensors as part of the software-hardware complex; digital control unit for the hydraulic system, and the DSU regulator automatically controls the operation of the hydraulic pumps in accordance with the flow and pressure demand of the executive hydraulic motors calculated by the SPU, the DSU regulator cuts off part of the flow at the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system or, if there is no need for maximum pressure to complete the task, cuts off part of the flow, reducing the working pressure of the hydraulic system.
EFFECT: ensuring high accuracy and speed of control, as well as increasing the overall reliability of the control system due to its simplification.
