When the temperature of the elements is above the maximum, a signal is generated for thermoelectric modules, when the temperature of the elements is below the minimum - for heaters, at the temperature of the elements, between max and min, establish the relationship between the pump current pulse duration and temperature, as well as the pump current pulse repetition rate, the operating time of the laser in the radiation generation mode, the time interval between pulse trains, and determine the delay time for the formation of the pump current pulse relative to the leading edge of the external control pump sync pulse on pump elements with a given amplitude and controlled duration of the pump current pulse. The temperature, the frequency of the current pulses, the operating time of the laser and the break time are determined cyclically.
