FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sheets of anisotropic electrical steel used as a material for iron cores of transformers. The sheets have the following chemical composition, %wt.: 2.0-7.0 Si, 0-0.030 Nb, 0-0.030 V, 0-0.030 Mo, 0-0.030 Ta, 0-0.030 W, not more than 0.0050 C, 0-1.0 Mn, 0-0.0150 S, 0-0.0150 Se, 0-0.0650 Al, 0-0.0050 N, 0-0.40 Cu, 0-0.010 Bi, 0-0.080 B, 0-0.50 P, 0-0.0150 Ti, 0-0.10 Sn, 0-0.10 Sb, 0-0.30 Cr, 0-1.0 Ni, the rest is Fe and impurities. The sheet contains the texture aligned with the Goss orientation. The texture of the sheet has a low-angle boundary that separates the interior of the secondarily recrystallized grain and satisfies the boundary condition BAγ and which does not satisfy the boundary condition BB, the grain size RAαC and grain size RAγC satisfy the condition RAγC <RAαC, and grain size RAβC and grain size RAγC satisfy the condition RAγC <RAβC, where the boundary condition BAα defined as |α2-α1|≥ 0.5° and grain size RAαC is defined as the average grain size obtained from the boundary condition BAα in transverse direction C, boundary condition BAβ defined as |β2-β1 |≥ 0.5° and grain size RAβC is defined as the average grain size obtained from the boundary condition BAβ in transverse direction C, boundary condition BAγ defined as |γ2-γ1 | ≥ 0.5° and grain size RAγC is defined as the average grain size obtained from the boundary condition BAγ in the transverse direction C, the boundary condition BB is defined as [(α2 - α1)2 + (β2 - β1)2 + (γ2 - γ1)2]1/2 ≥ 2.0°α defined as the angle of deviation from ideal Goss orientation based on an axis of rotation parallel to the Z normal direction, β is defined as the angle of deviation from ideal Goss orientation based on an axis of rotation parallel to the transverse direction C, γ is defined as the angle of deviation from the ideal Goss orientation based on the axis of rotation parallel to the rolling direction L, (α1 β1 γ1) and (α2 β2 γ2) are the deviation angles of the crystallographic orientations measured at two measurement points that are adjacent on the sheet surface and that are spaced 1 mm apart.
EFFECT: sheet has an improved level of magnetostriction rate and excellent magnetic loss characteristics.
