SUBSTANCE: pneumohydraulic drill consists of a barrel (1) with a handle (2), to which hoses are connected from sources of liquid and air; a protective device (4) containing a sleeve with a lever mounted on the shaft (1) of the pneumohydraulic drill with the possibility of moving along it and rigidly fixing it on the shaft (1); a disk with a rim pointing downwards on the outside, and a washer of elastic material in the form of rubber connecting the disk and the bushing.
EFFECT: improved quality and efficiency of the process of making holes for planting, local irrigation or fertilization of the root layer of plants in arid conditions.
