SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a pneumatic-hydraulic drill-sampler for intrasoil express monitoring, processing and sampling of soil samples, which includes a shaft with a perforated tip and a handle to which hoses from sources of compressed air and liquid are connected. At that, the handle is made hollow, is equipped with air and liquid electropneumatic valves, the shaft is equipped with a control unit, a penetrometer with a strain-gauge force sensor and sensors of humidity, temperature, ion concentration, levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium in soil, which are connected with located in the control unit digital measuring systems and recording devices, the shaft is equipped with fixed supports, a return spring and a measuring rod, at lower end of which movable stop is fixed, and upper end is equipped with magnet, measuring rod is installed with possibility of back-and-forth movement, the upper part of the shaft is equipped with a ruler in the form of reed relays, and the middle one is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder connected to a sampling ring installed with possibility of back-and-forth movement, at the same time the penetrometer and reed relays are connected to a control unit.

EFFECT: invention provides for increased productivity of soil, maximum preservation of its biological and ecological parameters with high quality and energy efficiency of tillage processes.
