Pneumatic hydraulic drill for soil cultivation, aeration, irrigation and fertilization, including a shaft with a perforated tip and a handle, to which hoses from sources of compressed air and liquid are connected, differs by the fact that the handle is made hollow, is equipped with electrically driven air and fluid valves, barrel is equipped with a control unit, a penetrometer with a strain-gauge force sensor, movable and fixed stops, a return spring and a measuring rod, lower end of which is fixed on the movable stop, and the upper end is equipped with a magnet and is placed in the hole of the fixed stop with the possibility of reciprocating movement, upper part of the shaft is equipped with a ruler in the form of reed switches, at the same time the penetrometer and the reed switches are connected to the control unit.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to carry out tillage, aeration, irrigation, fertilization of all types of soil without rotation of root soil layers, to increase soil productivity, to preserve its biological and ecological parameters as much as possible with high quality of energy efficiency of treatment processes.
