FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device for processing root-inhabited soil horizons contains a frame on which a compressed air receiver is installed, connected through electric pneumatic valves (10 and 11) with each pneumatic hydraulic drill (7). Frame elements (1) of the passive propulsion device (2), made in the form of a closed continuous elastic band (3), are pivotally connected from below to the frame mounted on the tractor with the mounting elements. Inside the belt (3) on the frame elements (1), pivotally connected to the hinge elements, support wheels (4) with a belt tensioner (3) are installed. There are holes (5) evenly made along the perimeter of the tape (3). On the inner surface of the belt (3) in the holes (5) pneumatic hydraulic drills (7) are installed on the hinges (6). In the center of the propulsion device (2) on the frame elements (1) with the possibility of synchronous rotation with the belt (3), a distributor (8) is installed, connected by hoses (9 and 10) to a pump and tanks with solutions. At the inner end of each pneumatic hydraulic drill (7) there is an additional electric pneumatic valve (12) connected to a hose (10) for the solution, and a lever (13) interacting with a roller wrapper (14) installed on the frame element (1) in the front direction of travel parts of the tape (3). The load limiter (15) on the tape (3) is rigidly fixed to the lower part of the frame element (1). The method for processing root-inhabited soil horizons involves loosening the soil with pulses of compressed air by vertically immersing pneumatic hydraulic drills (7) into the soil and a propulsion device (2) made in the form of a closed continuous elastic band (3) with pneumatic hydraulic drills (7), which are immersed in the soil; after applying a pulse of compressed air to the soil, solutions of hydrogel and microbial biological products or fertilizers are supplied under pressure into the cavities and voids formed in the soil; tape (3) covers the soil surface, preventing loss of compressed air and solutions; in the direction of movement of the belt (3), the pneumatic hydraulic drills (7) are removed from the soil.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity of root-inhabited soil horizons, maximum preservation of the biological and environmental parameters of the soil with high quality, mobility and energy efficiency of production processes.
