FIELD: firearms.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for reloading new or used cartridge cases for hunting and sporting shotguns. The universal device for loading cartridges contains a set of removable devices and a manual lever press. A manual lever press includes a base with mounting places and an adjusting ring, a stand is fixed on the base with a return spring put on it, a four-arm traverse is installed and a handle for rotating the axis of the seaming matrix is fixed, connected to it is through the shoulder, a lever with a roller is fixed on the top of the stand. The traverse is made in form of an asymmetric plate with shoulders of different sizes, diverging from the centre to the edges. The traverse is put on the rack and is in contact with the return spring, the lever is fixed on top of the rack with the help of an axis, forming a movable connection with the possibility of free rotation of the lever relative to the specified axis, a roller is fixed on the lever with the possibility of free rotation on its axis, the roller is in constant contact with the traverse under the action of a return spring. The traverse is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the stand and positioning of the arms of the traverse above the mounting places of the base of the lever press. The set of removable devices includes a calibration ring, a support for a sleeve, a needle, a support limiter, a nozzle, a primer nest corrector, a support for wadding, a funnel, a seaming matrix, a reverse matrix, a support for the bottom of the sleeve, a support sleeve, adjusting rings, a body with a mounting hole for insert, Crown insert, Puncheon insert. The traverse is made with four arms, each of which, together with the elements of the set of removable devices, is made with the possibility of performing operations for loading cartridges. The first arm is made with the possibility of crimping the bottom of the case and extracting the primer using a calibration ring, a support for the case, a needle, and a support limiter. Further, the first arm is made with the possibility of adjusting the primer seat with the help of a case stand, a nozzle, and a primer seat corrector. Additionally, the first arm is made with the possibility of sealing the neck of the sleeve using a stand under the bottom of the sleeve, a support sleeve, adjusting rings, a body with a mounting hole for the insert, Crown and Puncheon inserts. The second arm is made with a magnet with the possibility of encapsulation of the cartridge case using a support for the cartridge case and a nozzle. The magnet is configured to hold the primer on it due to magnetic forces before the primer is pressed into the sleeve. The third arm is made with the possibility of sealing the neck of the sleeve and contains a rotating axis of the seaming matrix, the specified axis is connected to the handle through the shoulder and to the seaming matrix, while a reverse matrix is fixed on the base of the device in the mounting place, which has a conical socket for installing an equipped sleeve into it. The fourth arm is made with the possibility of puffing the sleeve with the help of a stand during wadding and a funnel fixed in the landing hole on the fourth arm.
EFFECT: increasing the number of operations performed by expanding the functionality through the use of four arms of the traverse and an extended set of removable devices.
