SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gastroenterology, and discloses an antiulcer agent with a gastroprotective, regenerative and antimicrobial effect, characterized by being a liquid aqueous and alcoholic extract of the leaves and fruits of Loja angustifolia, obtained by extracting the leaves and fruits Loja angustifolia by the method of vortex extraction in a ratio of 1:1, followed by removal of ethyl alcohol using a rotary evaporator, containing polysaccharides, flavonoids, tannins, ascorbic acid and saponins, wt.%: polysaccharides — 1.9–2.5; flavonoids — 2.0–2.4; tannins — 1.6–2.3; ascorbic acid — 1.7–2.2; saponins — 2.1–2.5.
EFFECT: development of an agent for the treatment of erosive and ulcerative diseases of the stomach and duodenum, which has a gastroprotective, regenerative and antimicrobial effect against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Helicobacter pylori.
