SUBSTANCE: device for electrospinning a nonwoven material is claimed, consisting of a grounded collector connected to a high voltage source, communicated with a rotatable draw die, which is a metal container, communicated through a cylindrical support with a round cover, and communicated with a moulding solution supply unit, whereas the cylindrical support is a cylindrical rod configured for rotation, at the upper end of which a gear is installed, and the cover is made flat and consists of six crescent-shaped segments equipped with teeth engaged with the gear teeth, each of which is fixed and adapted for rotation from 0.2 to 70 degrees on a support rod installed in a metal container, ensuring the movement of each segment between at least two positions, creating a circle circumscribed around the segments and concentric with the axis of rotation of the cylindrical rod, making a gap relative to the upper circular edge of the metal container.

EFFECT: continuous production of a multilayer or anisotropic material consisting of fibres of different specified diameters.
