FIELD: piping industry.
SUBSTANCE: vehicles capable of moving inside pipelines with a complex configuration. The transport module of the in-line diagnostic robot contains the first and second bearing bases containing three supporting legs at an angle 120° with independent drive wheel propellers. The bases are connected on opposite sides to the central body intended for installation of onboard equipment by means of biaxial hinges. When moving in straight sections of the pipe, hinge rotations are blocked, and when passing bends, coordinated hinge rotations are provided independently around each pair of parallel axes of degrees of hinge mobility. A part of the onboard equipment is taken out of the central body and installed on one or both bearing bases. The supporting legs are mounted radially and consist of a fixed body and a movable section with a wheel mover mounted on it, and the movable section is telescopically extended or retracted using its independent electric drive with a screw mechanism.
EFFECT: enhancement of pipeline diagnostics.
