FIELD: in-line diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of in-line diagnostics, video inspection, flaw detection, main and technological gas pipelines, oil pipelines, water supply and sanitation pipelines and can be used for in-line diagnostics of vertical, inclined pipelines, pipelines with oval cross-section, with the presence of corrugations, dents and bulges. The in-line robot contains two bearing bases with three supporting legs, which are located relative to each other at an angle of 120 degrees. Each bearing base is made in the form of a closed cylinder. Inside each bearing base there is an electronic computing tool connected to a power source, an electric motor with a rotation shaft. The bearing bases are connected by means of rotation shafts through a coupling, a guide nut is installed on each rotation shaft. In this case, the rotation shaft and the guide nut form a ball screw. Each supporting leg is a lever mechanism connected to a guide nut, at the end of the supporting leg there is a platform on which the electric motor-reducer of the caterpillar mover and the caterpillar mover are located.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a robot with a wide range of technological capabilities, capable of taking a stable and accurate spatial position, capable of operating in hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline.
