PUMPING STATION WITH SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE FOR CREATING PRECISE CONTROLLED PRESSURES Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC F04D15/00

Abstract RU 2802559 C1

FIELD: hydraulic stations.

SUBSTANCE: principles of construction and modes for operation of hydraulic stations, as well as the creation of high-precision controlled pressures with zero and near zero costs and can be used to determine the mechanical properties of materials, compaction/deformation of materials, calibration of sensors, in test benches, etc. A pumping station with software and hardware for creating precise controlled pressures, characterized in that it contains a pump 3 with a lower flow rate and a pump 6 with a higher flow rate installed in a common housing, connected to an electric drive motor 4, a hydraulic distributor 7, configured to alternately connect pumps: 3 of lower flow rate and 6 of higher flow rate, to the power body 2, acting on the object 1, pressure gauge 5 installed in front of the power body 2, the signal from which is fed to the computing device of the software and hardware device, which regulates the frequency of operation of the electric drive motor 4. Pump 3 with a lower flow rate is designed to operate under three conditions, under which its flow rate is equal to the total internal leakage, the electric drive motor is made with sufficient power and smooth change in the frequency of the motor drive starting from 0 Hz, and the established temperature should not exceed the maximum allowable value of thermal operating conditions of the pump and hydraulic fluid.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of pressure reproduction and reliability, minimal energy consumption, and a reduction in weight and dimensions.
