SUBSTANCE: design of dropping devices for sowing seeds. The device includes a frame, a hopper, a shutter, rollers with a groove. In this case, the dropping device consists of two conveyors installed one above the other. The lower conveyor has an elastic band and is offset relative to the upper conveyor towards the hopper. The grooves of the rollers are made in the form of a semicircle with a groove radius R=0.75d, where the average seed diameter is
where a is the length of seeds; b is the width of the seeds; c is the thickness of the seeds.
EFFECT: ensuring uniform sowing of seeds and preventing their damage.
