FIELD: valve engineering.
SUBSTANCE: intended for shutting off and regulating the flow of media in pipelines that require a high degree of tightness relative to the external environment. In a bellows shut-off valve, the stem is connected to the tip by means of a threaded connection. The bellows assembly is made of interconnected bellows, one end of which is welded to the tip and the outer sealing ring mounted on the tip, the second end of the bellows is welded to the bellows cover and the inner sealing ring. The sleeve is located between the bellows and the cover connected to the body made of pearlite steel. In addition, the bellows, cover, tip are made of austenitic steel. At the same time, a rack is installed on the body, made of martensitic alloy steel, located between the bellows and the cover, made in the form of a nozzle. The lid is equipped with a stepped hole at the top end. The seals between the body, the bellows cover and the column are made in the form of O-rings.
EFFECT: eliminating electrochemical corrosion between parts during the operation of shut-off valves in process systems of nuclear energy, and as a result, at increasing the service life of products, ease of installation and dismantling of the product.
