SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and medicine. A test system for the diagnosis of M.tuberculosis complex infection is described, including a protein containing a combination of amino acid sequences encoded by the EsxA, EsxB, EspK, EspJ, tb7.7 (Rv2654c) genes. A method for diagnosing M.tuberculosis complex infection using a test system is also described. It involves the introduction of a whole blood sample into contact with an antigen, followed by incubation and quantitative immunochemical measurement of changes in the concentration of interferon gamma as a result of a specific reaction of circulating antigen-specific effector T-lymphocytes to a tuberculosis antigen preparation in M.tuberculosis complex sensitized patients.
EFFECT: technical result of using the invention is a group of antigens and a test system for screening diagnosis of tuberculosis infection, including those that do not have bright clinical manifestations.
