FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: used for the production of sausage casings. The line includes a powered tipper, a screw feeder, a hydraulic screen filter press, a feed press, a molding machine, two extrusion molding heads, a drying channel, and a cooling system. The tipper is configured to load collagen mass from plastic containers into the receiving and filling device. The forming machine is equipped with a hydraulic accumulator and a hydraulic station. The extrusion molding heads are installed in parallel, and the feed press is configured to feed the collagen mass through the molding machine to two extrusion molding heads.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the line.
