SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials. Proposed production line comprises mixer, initial stock receiver, automatic feeder to load loose mix into extruder intake bin. Said extruder has six heating zones wherein said stock is heated to 300°C and allows forcing melted mass to slotted head for moulding the sheet from said mix and feeding it to three-roll calendar for sizing that layer. Besides, it incorporates withdrawal device to feed sized layer to extra heating table, moulding machine to shape the layer to tile, intake table for tile cooling, second withdrawal device to feed tile to blade for cutting finished tile to be fed to finished product table.
EFFECT: higher quality, expanded operating performances.
