FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of processing hemp seeds, in which the seeds cleaned from weeds are divided into four fractions with separation of the upper fraction of large and lower fractions of small seeds, which are sent to a separate hopper of the press compartment with subsequent dosed supply of these seeds to the presses for oil squeezing, which is then passed through a fusor trap and a prepress for cleaning oil from impurities, sedimentary formations and extraction of cake and passed through a heat exchanger for subsequent storage of cooled oil supplied for bottling, cake obtained from presses during oil extraction, is directed through a cooler for grinding into a crusher with subsequent discharge into a separate hopper, used for dispensing crushed cake for grinding into a crusher and sieving to obtain hemp protein flour from the crushed cake, which is supplied for packing, and non-grinding, which is returned to this hopper with its subsequent dispensing for repeated grinding, and two average fractions differing in size after sieving are sent for peeling, after which each middle fraction separately flows by gravity into aspiration columns for separation of husks from the total mass of peeling products and then to separators for separating crushed seeds from the kernel and from husks and their directing into separate hoppers, for subsequent direction of nucleus to colour separator for afterpurification of nucleus from chlorophyllic shell with subsequent cooling or to colour separator and after it into infrared installation and cooler for its subsequent storage and packing, husks from the hopper are supplied for grinding and into sieving for separation, after which the crushed fibre product is supplied for packing. Also disclosed is a system for processing hemp seeds, which includes a unit for preliminary cleaning of seeds from impurities and litter, in which the cleaned seeds are dried, connected to the seeds afterpurification unit in the form of a stone collector, from which the cleaned seeds are supplied for sieving for separation into four fractions and the direction of the seeds of the upper exit and the lower passage into the bunker of the press compartment for subsequent supply of oil for squeezing, and seeds of two medium gatherings — through hulling units of peeling unit into aspiration columns for separation of husks and aspiration dust, which are connected to vibrating separators for separation of large non-peeled hemp seeds, crushed seeds from kernel and direction of kernels and husks into separate hoppers, crushing unit of husks coming from the hopper, connected to the screen for separation of milling products into cellulose and non-milled product for its re-crushing, unit for extracting oil from cleaned seeds coming from the hopper, on presses, connected through a filter press with a heat exchanger and a device for cooling the obtained product — oil, press cake processing unit, with the possibility of hemp milk production, including the cake cooling device communicated with the crusher for the crushed cake production and its direction into the storage hopper, which is connected to grinders and screening for separation of milled cake into hemp protein meal and non-milled cake for repeated grinding, and a unit for processing seed kernels, which includes a turbo-separator associated with a colour separator for separating chlorophyllic shells from the nucleus and communicated via an infrared unit with a cooler of the cooling unit to obtain a product ready for storage in the form of a kernel.
EFFECT: invention provides higher quality indices of the end product obtained from hemp seeds.
