FIELD: mineral extraction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-precision systems for positioning an underground single-rail movable winch inside a coal mine. The system includes a gear-type displacement measuring device and several coordinate positioning sets evenly distributed on the I-beam. The device for measuring displacement of the gear type includes two gear housings symmetrically located on both sides of the I-beam guide, and two gear housings rigidly connected to each other. Each gear housing has a positioning wheel and several travel wheels. The running wheels move along the upper end surface of the lower plate of the I-beam guide, and the positioning wheel is engaged with the bar on the upper end surface of the lower plate of the I-beam guide. The gear housings are also equipped with a mounting bracket and a connection socket for connection to a single rail winch. The mounting bracket has an inertial measurement unit and a single-chip microcomputer connected to each other by means of an electrical connection. The positioning wheel is equipped with a steering angle sensor configured to detect the steering angle of the positioning wheel, and the steering angle sensor is connected to the single-chip microcomputer through an electrical connection. Headstocks at both ends of the single-rail winch are equipped with a coordinate update unit capable of exchanging signals with coordinate positioning.

EFFECT: high-precision contact is achieved between the positioning wheel and the I-beam guide and the subsequent calculation of the positioning wheel offset to obtain accurate positional coordinates of the single-rail movable winch.
