SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat myocardial fibrotic changes in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The method is as follows: in addition to antifibrotic therapy, Longidaza 3,000 IU is taken intravenously for 5 days, then Longidaza 3,000 IU suppositories are taken rectally, 1 piece 1 time in 3 days after the act of defecation for 6 months, the following trace elements are prescribed: zinc (Zn) 25 mg per day and vitamins: E 200 mg 1 time per day and C 90 mg 1 time per day.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of myocardial fibrosis formation, promotes reverse myocardial remodeling, which in turn leads to slowing down of HF development, improving the prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease.
