METHOD OF PREDICTING RUPTURE OF CARDIAC WALL IN ACUTE PERIOD OF MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2335237 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used for predicting rupture of cardiac wall in acute period of myocardial infarction. Electrocardiographic (ECG) diagnostics and blood test are made. Signs-predictors of complicated course of disease, including both cardial and aggravating risk factors, namely: ECG-signs of myocardium affection in form of appearing QS waves and/or disappearing R wave, and/or stable elevation of ST segment more than 6 mm in three or more chest leads, specific necrosis markers in the form of more than 10-fold increase of troponin T level or MB-fraction of creatinphosphokinase in blood serum, are determined for in-hospital patient; in case of combination of all detected cardial factors with acute or chronic enteroviral infection, as well as with aggravating factors in the form of herpes viral infections, sugar diabetes, lung emphysema and age older than 50 years, patient is considered to belong to a group with high risk of rupture of cardiac wall.

EFFECT: increase of reliability of prediction of cardiac wall rupture in patients in acute period of myocardial infarction.
