SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, therapy, rehabilitation, and can be used for non-invasive early diagnosis of lesions of the coronary microvascular bed in patients with non-obstructive atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries. In the blood serum of patients after detection of non-obstructive atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries, the concentration of soluble ST2 is determined by enzyme immunoassay. If the level of soluble ST2 is 31.304 ng/ml or more, damage to the coronary microvascular bed is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to improve the quality of early diagnosis of coronary microvascular lesions in the examination of patients with cardiovascular diseases with non-obstructive atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries due to the analysis of soluble ST2 levels in blood serum.
