If the level of soluble ST2 is 31.304 ng/ml or more, damage to the coronary microvascular bed is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to improve the quality of early diagnosis of coronary microvascular lesions in the examination of patients with cardiovascular diseases with non-obstructive atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries due to the analysis of soluble ST2 levels in blood serum.
