SUBSTANCE: screw auger is proposed for planting seedlings on a film cover, containing a carrier pipe, on the lower part of which a screw is installed, and a rotation handle is attached to the upper end. The screw is double-threaded, the upper end of the guide rod of circular cross-section is attached to the lower end of the carrier pipe, the lower end of the rod is sharpened into a cone, the axis of the rod coincides with the axis of the drill. Between the outer rims of the cutting edges of the drill and the upper points of the lower half-turns of the screw, two cutter knives with metal cases and replaceable 9 mm blades are installed. The lower points of the knife bodies are attached to the outer ends of the cutting edges of the screw, and the remaining points of attachment of the bodies coincide with the contact points of the knife bodies and the outer edges of the screw spirals. On the front edges of the screw, two segments of replaceable 19 mm trapezoidal blades for technical knives are installed, the segments are fastened to the surfaces of the screw in such a way that the cutting edges of the blades are ahead of its cutting edges of the screw in the direction of rotation of the screw. The lines connecting the upper and outer edges of the screw spirals are in the form of curved raised lines.

EFFECT: improved weed suppression and creation of more favourable conditions for plant growth.
