SUBSTANCE: rotating auger contains a bearing pipe, on a lower part of which an auger is installed, and to an upper end an auger rotation handle is attached. The auger is made two-input, to a lower end of the bearing pipe an upper end of a guiding rod of a circular cross-section is attached, a lower end of the rod is sharpened to a cone, an axis of the rod coincides with an axis of the auger. Between outer ends of cutting edges of the auger and upper points of lower semi-turns of the auger, 2 knives are installed for cutting roots, cutting edges of knives are parallel to the axis of the auger, and a connection of the bearing pipe to the auger rotation handle is made with a pipeline tee.

EFFECT: improvement of weed suppression and creation of more favorable conditions for plant growth.
