FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: air pre-cleaning and cooling system for the internal combustion engine of the forage harvester comprises a frame and an air filter. The frame is made in the form of a shaped pipe and is provided with a beam (2) on which an air intake (1) is located, which is moved to the front part of the forage harvester and connected by means of a beam (2) to the air filter. The beam (2) is sealed and equipped with two removable inspection covers (5 and 6).
EFFECT: expansion of functionality, increase in reliability, improvement of consumer qualities and ease of use, provision of the possibility of modernization during the operation of the combine.
