FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: cover (1) of the sharpening device of the chopping forage harvester apparatus contains sealing brackets (3 and 4), one of which is welded to the cover (1) of the sharpening device, and the other to the frame (2) of the chopping device, forming a non-contact seal in form of a gap between the frame (2) grinding apparatus and cover (1) sharpening device. The cover (1) of the sharpening device of the chopping forage harvester apparatus is structurally connected by means of bolt fasteners and rotation axes with the frame (2) of the chopping apparatus.
EFFECT: ensures an increase in tightness and, as a consequence, reliability of sealing and a reduction in maintenance time for the grinding apparatus.
