SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to methods for improving the coordination readiness of military personnel. A method for training hand grenade throwing, which consists of the fact that with the help of a control and signal processing unit, signals are formed, transmitted via electric wires to a megaphone, converting them into voice messages in form of commands that a soldier hears, performing them, throwing hand grenades into simulators targets from the firing lines, moreover, hand grenades are provided with electronic tags, and next to the target simulators, electronic tag identification sensors are placed, connected to each other and to the control and signal processing unit by electrical wires, electronic tag identification sensors record the hits of hand grenades in the target simulators, transmitting this information via electrical wires to the control and signal processing unit, in addition, the meter is additionally informed by the operation of light signalling devices, connected by electrical wires to the control and signal processing unit, about the throwing results, displaying information about this on the monitor in the form of numerical values of the throwing results.

EFFECT: provision of conditions for improving technical and tactical actions for military personnel to hit targets, developing the necessary physical qualities and coordination readiness when throwing hand grenades, automated accounting for the quality of the actions performed.
